Domestic taxes (USA) Sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Washington. Sales tax is 9%, and is based on tax from all major cities in Washington. WA State requires that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order. Charges for gift-wrap and shipping and handling are considered part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.
International all duties and taxes are the recipient's obligation. The recipient will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT. Rachel Burklund creates all of the pieces by hand with a small team in Seattle. We use the highest quality materials and trained techniques. Each piece is hand made so there are subtle variations in detail and finish. Also, we individually select stones so each stone is unique and one of a kind and also might have slight variations.

In addition if you would like a necklace or bracelet created to your exact size, please feel free to contact us to make a request, if the item can be slightly altered we will create the piece made to order for you, ONLY if it is possible. We will always do our best to create jewelry that fits you perfectly.
If you are not happy with any item you have purchased online, you may return it to us within 3 days of receipt. The item must be shipped to us in the original packaging, in pristine condition and paid by the shipper via UPS. Please note that C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted. We will credit you for the amount of the item minus the shipping charges.
